That said, coaching is not therapy.
While there may be crossover, coaching is primarily action-focused:
I help you tune into your life vision, clear blocks and build the sustainable habits to get you there.

We will learn the pitfalls of limiting beliefs, how to change them and reconnect with the body.
We will use non-judgement, curiosity and self-responsibility to take charge writing a new life story.
