Mindfulness-based Life Coaching

I am a big believer in the effectiveness and importance of talking therapy. That said, Coaching is not therapy. While there may be crossover, coaching is primarily action-focused:

 

We aim to realise specific goals.

 

I use a variety of integrative practices to get you there. Those include:

Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy

Meditation and Somatic (body) awareness

Trauma-Informed counselling skills.

My training, my life, my own losses and gains as well as my therapeutic experiences have made me the Transformational Life Coach I am today. My client-focused skills help you tune into your life vision, clear away blocks and build the sustainable habits to get you there. We will use non-judgement, curiosity and self-responsibility to take charge writing a new life story. We will learn the pitfalls of limiting beliefs, reconnect with the body’s reaction to out-dated thought patterns and strategise new ways of being and seeing.

GETTING STARTED

First session is 90 minutes - plenty of time to hear your story.

Afterwards sessions are 1 hour. It's advisable we do a minimum 3 sessions after the intro.
